Introduction:
What happened to me is
something right out of a Hollywood movie script. Never in my wildest dreams
could I have imagined the legal nightmare compounding such tragedy. When the
Indiana Attorney General uses his office to threaten, intimidate or otherwise
interfere with the legal defense of the accused that amounts to nothing less
than obstruction of justice. Additionally, when defense counsel succumbs to
such intimidation and political pressure and is complicit in the Attorney
General's dubious scheme a manifest injustice occurs. Moreover, when the
Indiana General Assembly changes the law in conjunction with the actions of
the Attorney General and defense counsel a political scandal is conceived.

I was ignorant of the legal system and naive to believe that
paying $50,000 for a defense attorney actually meant he had my best interest
in mind. Who's protecting whom to keep the truth from coming to light? If it
were not for my belief that all darkness will be brought to Light I would have
given up long ago. There was a time in my life that I would have ignored this
kind of WEB site, however, if this legal nightmare can happen to me it can
happen to you.
This is a case you must review. Read the facts for yourself.
Since this is not a movie, you may be surprised to discover the depth of
wrongdoing and unethical conduct of those involved. These facts have recently
been uncovered through my discovery efforts, as I challenge my conviction
without the benefit of legal counsel. Already, opportunists of one sort or
another are at my prison door hoping to write the next best seller. Perhaps my
story is entertaining, but you would not think so if it were you!
